Retro mode is one of my favorite new additions to PlayStation’s 2017 iteration of MLB The Show. The mode pays homage to the classic baseball video games from the past, only requiring a few buttons to play. So naturally I challenged San Francisco Giant’s starting right-fielder Hunter Pence to a game in MLB’s new retro mode, all while chewing handfuls of Big League Chew bubble gum.
